Music Video Film Festival

Come to Gorilla River’s Music Video Film Festival and let yourself enjoy an evening of music videos, fun commentary and live entertainment. Building off of the popularity of last summer’s Hudson Valley Music Summit, the Festival allows music fans to take a deeper look at how visionary artists put together the whole package to present their music in the 21st century. 10 artists will be given 15 minutes to share their vision, screen their video, and receive expert feedback from our panel of celebrity judges.
Our esteemed panel of judges features luminaries of the contemporary music scene: Sirius XM host Mark Goodman (One of MTV’s “First Five VJs”), Vevo VP of Original Content and Production Ed Walker, and Music Journalist Alan Light (author of Let’s Go Crazy: Prince and the Making of Purple Rain, and The Skills to Pay the Bills: The Story of the Beastie Boys) will offer their expert feedback.
Three winners will be selected to present their videos at the 2020 Hudson Valley Music Summit running August 7 in Kingston NY.
