Due to scheduling conflicts Elizabeth Strout has had to cancel her appearance at the Chappaqua Library.  We are sorry for such short notice.  All ticket holders will be refunded the cost of the ticket less the Eventbrite fee.  We have no control over the fees charged by Eventbrite.  Please make sure you receive your refund,.  If you don’t please contact thornton@wlsmail.org.  Again our apologies.

Pulitzer prize winning author Elizabeth Strout.

This fall, Elizabeth Strout brings her beloved character Olive Kitteridge back to the page in a new novel, OLIVE, AGAIN. The character has achieved an iconic place in the imaginations of millions of readers since the 2008 publication of Strout’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, OLIVE KITTERIDGE. In 2014, it was turned into an acclaimed HBO series, which won eight Emmys, including Best Actress for Frances McDormand’s performance in the title role.

Author Marilyn Johnson will be our interviewer for this event hosted by Chappaqua Library, cosponsored by the Friends of the Chappaqua Library and the Town of New Castle.
