Our final concert of the season features the winners of the Chappaqua Orchestra’s 2018 Concerto Competition – Yilun Xu – 21 – performing Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 3 and Sara Scanlon – 17 – performing Dvorak’s Cello Concerto. Concert concludes with New York composer Robert Paterson’s Dark Mountains about the beauties of Vermont and Franz Liszt’s epic Les Preludes.
