DESCRIPTION:Friends of ChappPAC and the Town of New Castle Present\nTHE YALE WHIFFENPOOFS\n\nEvery year\, 14 students are selected to be in the Whiffenpoofs\, the WORLD’S OLDEST and BEST KNOWN collegiate a cappella group.  Founded in 1909\, the “Whiffs” began as a senior quartet that met weekly at Mory’s Temple Bar. Today\, the group has become one of Yale’s most celebrated traditions. Singing a mixture of old Yale tunes\, jazz standards\, and other hits from across the decades\, the Whiffenpoofs perform more than 200 concerts across six continents each year. \nOn April 16th\, The Whiffenpoofs will bring their incredible talent to the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center and celebrate a homecoming for their local member\, JACOB KAUFMAN-SHALETT.   \n \nSunday\, April 16th | 3:00PM\nDoors open at 2:30PM\n \nSEATING IS GENERAL ADMISSION\n \nApprox Running Time: \n 90 minutes (includes one 10-minutes intermission)\n\nThis concert is appropriate for all ages\n\nPURCHASE TICKETS HERE\n\nACCESSIBILITY:\nThe first row of the theatre is reserved for accessible seating for those who can transfer into a chair\, and their companions.
